Kia Oval

The suite is ideal for large scale conferences, gala dinners and Christmas parties. Situated on the second floor of the JM Finn stand, it offers a fantastic view of the famous Oval wicket and abundant natural daylight. There is additional space in the wings of the room, making it a flexible and adaptable space for a variety of events.

The suite is located on the first floor of the OCS stand, with a view of the famous Oval wicket. With natural daylight and no obstructing pillars, it is perfect for presentations, gala dinners or awards dinners. Its two wing rooms can be incorporated into the main space or used for additional breakout spaces.

The Kia Oval is a world-class, historic sports stadium, conveniently located in the heart of London. It is also a quality events venue, with a variety of rooms that are suitable for conferences, meetings, and other business functions. The Pakistan Room is a smaller multi-purpose room that is ideal for small conferences, breakouts from larger conferences held in other rooms in the facility, meetings, training sessions, and so on. A modern room with views of the Oval Wicket and plenty of natural light, this versatile space is equipped with air conditioning, an in-room bar, and plasma screens.

The room is ideal for medium sized conferences, seminars, lunches and dinners. The room includes access to a private terrace which could be used for reception drinks or BBQ lunches, and feature stunning views of the famous Oval wicket and Pavilion stand. The John Major room has a separate entrance to the main conference suites in the OCS stand, which gives the room more privacy depending on your needs. It also features John Major memorabilia for fans.

The India Room is ideal for medium sized conferences, workshops, meetings and training sessions. The room has lots of natural daylight and a built in screen, projector and PA system. The room is situated on the 2nd Floor of the JM Finn Stand and has access to it own private terrace with bar

The Kia Oval has 15 Executive boxes, four of which can be converted into two double boxes, available for a range of events. These spaces are ideal for business meetings, seminars, workshops or as breakout rooms for larger conferences. All executive boxes feature 50” wall mounted plasma screens, natural daylight, outside balcony access and climate control.

The Jardine Suite is a large conference space with 5m high ceilings. the industrial look of the ceiling allows your delegates to enjoy a unique and airy space.

The largest space in the newly renovated Galadari Stand, the 175 suite can hold up to 750 people theatre style with floor to ceiling glass along the pitch facing walls. The room has access onto a private terrace as well as direct access into the Cricket Club Pavilion for breakout spaces on a day-long conference. This impressive space has the scope to host large conferences, exhibitions, presentations and immersive team-building events.

The Duchy suite is part of the newly renovated Galadari Stand. The brand new double height, impressive conference space can hold up to 420 people theatre style with floor to ceiling glass along the pitch facing walls. Included in the room hire is a separate cloakroom on the same floor, and you can upgrade to use to Galadari Reception at an additional cost to greet your guests.
