Why do I keep getting quoted a DDR? What is it?

A day delegate rate (DDR) is a price per person which includes the basic items for a conference; catering, room hire, basic AV, stationary. If you don't want this you can have room hire with catering on top, but a DDR is quite cost effective.


My conference is only half a day long, what is the best package to get?

Venues can offer a half day deleagate rate, so for example if your conference is 09:00 - 13:30 they can offer you breakfast, lunch and tea and coffee breaks.
