The Entrance Hall is also the perfect location for a unique drinks reception or refreshment area for a party or corporate event. It is an enchanting space where guests can enjoy drinks and canapés from professional and welcoming hosts.

The Entrance Hall is often hired with the London Ellipse Hall and can host celebration events, awards ceremonies, product launches and a host of conference set ups.

The Terrace Boardroom costs £580 plus VAT for 9am-5pm (maximum 12 guests). The Terrace Gallery costs £1,800 plus VAT for 9am-5pm (up to 100 guests). The London Ellipse Hall and Entrance Hall combination costs £7,500 plus VAT for 9am-5pm (up to 300 guests). The Weston Theatre with Entrance Hall costs £7,600 plus VAT for 9am-5pm (200 guests).

The London Ellipse Hall accommodates 250 guests cabaret style with good stage views, or up to 300 guests with at least 9 people per table (though tables behind pillars have restricted stage views). The Terrace Gallery holds up to 100 delegates for meetings or 90 for dinner and 150 for receptions. The Weston Theatre seats 200 in conference style.

The Terrace Boardroom includes a built-in plasma screen linked to laptops. The Terrace Gallery includes projector, PA system with 1 microphone, and Wi-Fi. The London Ellipse Hall includes LED ellipse display, plasma screen, AV technician, PA system, stage and lectern. Additional handheld microphones cost £50 plus VAT each, and additional screens cost £250 each.

The venue works with approved caterers including Seasoned Events and Bovingdons. Christmas packages start from £131 per person plus VAT at London Museum Spaces and £107 per person plus VAT at Docklands. Summer packages start from £106 per person plus VAT. A continental breakfast package costs £40 plus VAT per person for 12 guests.

Events typically run from 9am-5pm for daytime events or 6:30pm-11pm for evening events. The venue can accommodate earlier access from 8am for guest arrival. Evening events can run until 11pm, with some flexibility for later finishes depending on the space and event type.

Yes, spaces are commonly hired in combination. The Entrance Hall is frequently used as a welcome and catering area alongside the London Ellipse Hall for the main event. The Terrace Gallery can be paired with the Garden Room for catering. The Weston Theatre includes the Entrance Hall in its hire package.

The venue requires use of their approved catering partners including Seasoned Events and Bovingdons. External AV suppliers can be brought in for additional equipment beyond what's included. The venue allows light branding opportunities including signage and pull-up banners, but specific restrictions on external suppliers are handled case-by-case.
