From exhibitions to product launches and industry meetings; Olympia London Conference Centre is perfect for any type of event and can cater for up to 600 delegates.


International, national and community sporting events from boxing to wheelchair basketball have been held to thousands of spectators in the Copper Box Arena. The unique space has also been used to host trade shows, exhibitions, TV spectaculars, music concerts, and conferences. The flexible auditorium design allows the main seating blocks to be tucked away providing a pillar-free open floor area of 2,712m2. The Main Arena is a space that can be transformed for all needs. The venue has played host to a number of events and is able to host numbers ranging from 300 up to 7,500.


Alexandra Palace's largest hall is elaborately decorated in Victorian elegance, providing a unique setting for large-scale events and exhibitions. The Great Hall offers 25 metre high ceilings, 6426m2 of pillar free space with natural daylight through the large rose window, and has the option of being carpeted. The space can easily be combined with the West Hall making this one of the most impressive, versatile indoor spaces available. The Porchester Hall Queensway, Baywater, Paddington, Royal oak

The Main Hall is the very essence of grandeur and opulence.The Hall walls are handsomely panelled in English oak and walnut, with Luxurious rich crimson velvet curtains.Fascinating motifs support the main beams, while tea magnificent crystal chandeliers, adorned in gold leaf effect, hang from the superbly engraved ceiling.The Main Hall can accommodate up to 600 guests for a standing event; 450 theatre style or 450 seated dinner.Porchester Hall works with a carefully selected group of caterers to provide a wonderful selection of menu choices to suit all, as well as corkage and cash bar options

BMA House Bloomsbury

The Great Hall is an imposing room at 28ft high and 115ft long. Located in the centre of BMA House on the first floor, it has views from a balcony over the main Courtyard. The room provides a versatile location in which to host cocktail parties, dinners & exhibitions and is licensed for wedding ceremonies.


The Gallery Hall is an 840m2 multi-purpose space and can be sued for any exhibition or catering for an event taking place in the Conference Centre. Overlooking the Gallery Hall is the 550m2 Atrium level which provides additional space s for a growing event. The adjoining Conference Centre offers seven breakout rooms which aid smooth delegate flow between the plenary, catering and exhibition space. Included in the room hire is a dedicated registration desk and cloakroom area which allows the space to be used self contained.


Exhibition London (created by Venue Lab) is a multi-purpose event space ideal for parties, awards, product launches, awards dinners, exhibitions and live music events.


Publishing was referred to as 'The Chapel' in its factory days and still retains original machinery in its ceiling, providing the perfect industrial backdrop for events. With ample power and operational flexibility, this unique space offers the ability to deliver small to large-scale productions, fantastic for filming and experiential events. 64m (L) x 28m (W) x 2.7m (H) 1792 sq.m


Located next to the Grace Gate, and overlooking the Pavilion and the Harris Garden, the Thomas Lord Suite combines considerable style with ease of use. With natural daylight and open-plan flexibility, it is a large and versatile venue that can suit different sizes of groups and is an ideal setting for birthday parties, Christmas parties, receptions and weddings. The space is also available as a dry hire with selected outside caterers.


Only a two minute walk from Oxford Circus, Noho Studios offers a prime location shop window space for product displays and branding with its own entrance directly into 2,000 sq ft of open plan event space with high ceilings, characterful white brick arches and white walls that can be tailored to suit any type or style of pop up.
