Modern and spacious, the Harvey Goodwin Suite is a self-contained room with the latest facilities. Its large and secondary glazed windows allow for plenty of natural daylight, whilst keeping the room sound-proofed. It is directly linked to the Robert Runcie room, which can be used as a breakout space. The Harvey Goodwin Suite is situated close to the venue's Great Smith Street entrance, making it easily accessible for guests. The Harvey Goodwin Suite hosts Conferences, Meetings, AGMs, Exhibitions, Product Launches, Press Launches, Workshops, and Training Sessions.
Opened in 2018 by Queen Elizabeth II, the Ashworth Centre is a purpose-built event space set beneath the Great Hall, expertly designed to allow natural daylight to flood the suite through generous skylights. The stylish double-height lecture theatre with retractable seating for up to 158 delegates features integrated audio-visual. Ten meeting rooms split across two floors may be booked individually for smaller meetings for up to 16 boardroom or 25 theatre, or the partition walls can be withdrawn allowing flexible multi-room formats for breakout spaces or refreshments.
The Burdett Suite, adjacent to the Orangery, is ideal for grand-scale celebrations and flamboyant entertainment. Perfect for an Awards Ceremony with our newly fitted spot lights or dinner dance with mesmerising LED lighting.
The meeting room suite is ideally situated on the ground floor next to the restaurant and can be hired for private dinning.
The Murrell Barnes suite combines the Christine Murrell and Josephine Barnes rooms into a fantastic modern business suite, with projector's and a PA system for delivering presentations. It can also be used as a reception or buffet space.
The Stalls is a more contemporary space used for product launches, presentations, a gallery, a break-out area or catering set-up or back of house for larger events when exclusively hiring the building. With drive-in vehicle access, an open kitchen and its own Styling Suite, The Stalls is an ultra-flexible events space. The Mezzanine area above Studio 2 comes as part of the rental of this space.
With space for up to 18 people in a boardroom style setting, this meeting room can be used for small scale training sessions and training days and for meetings. Hire of the space includes free wifi and white boards and projectors.

Located in the new Airbus Business Suite on the lower ground floor, the Broughton Room features WIFI throughout, air-conditioning, mood lighting and the use of the business suite with full IT facilities. Ideal for presentations, meetings and private dining.
At Britain's oldest cinema, your screening will be held in the same place that the Lumiere' brother's films were first shown to the public in the UK in 1986. Beautifully restored to match it's first incarnation as a cinema the auditorium has a striking, almost theatrical feel to it, unlike anywhere else in the West End. With a full suite of modern projection equipment, we are able to screen 35mm film and 4k. Our fully licensed bar is available alongside bespoke catering option.
Dinner layout can be set up in Woburn Suite or in the individual rooms Woburn Room (26) or Montague Room (22). The meeting room is a blank canvas and can be configured into eight different layouts, including reception style or U-shape depending on your needs.

Room A is an ideal size for conferences for up to 250 guests. The room contains a partition wall which can break it down for smaller events and to create a walk way to other syndicate rooms. This space has hosted talks with Davina McColl at Stylist, Laura Ashley shop at Country Living, Customer Festival beach space, VIP room for the Czech Olympic House This space can also host 110 classroom or 98 cabaret for large or small meetings
A classically striking room that offers a blank canvas for entertaining. When hired with the adjacent Trafalgar rooms, the Burton becomes a private and self-contained suite with its own entrance, making it perfect for dining, banquets, lunches and gala dinners. This space is also licensed for wedding ceremonies.
The Whitehall Suite in One Whitehall Place has a superb Central London location. The Whitehall Suite offers a sizable venue for your meeting, seminar or conference up to 170 people. The adjacent Whitehall Reception is used for registration & catering and provides exclusive use of lower ground floor, with its own cloakroom and toilet facilities. The venue itself is Grade I listed and high profile, overlooking the River Thames near Embankment tube station, and is an excellent business venue.
The Wolfson Suite is perfect for press briefings, screenings and music showcase events. Half day rates are available on request.
