Our Training & Meeting room is a great space! It comfortably holds 30 people 'cabaret' style, 40 people 'presentation' style, with refreshments and a cosy breakout area included, plus projection, flipchart and sound equipment. Conveniently located about 5 minutes from Junction 22 of the M60, and benefiting from Oldham's great transport links, it's a perfect venue for meeting up away from the office or the city centre. There's plenty of free onsite parking, loads of amenities around, and we can help you arrange a buffet lunch with our catering partner.
Room A is an ideal size for conferences for up to 250 guests. The room contains a partition wall which can break it down for smaller events and to create a walk way to other syndicate rooms. This space has hosted talks with Davina McColl at Stylist, Laura Ashley shop at Country Living, Customer Festival beach space, VIP room for the Czech Olympic House This space can also host 110 classroom or 98 cabaret for large or small meetings
Our new business centre is just a few minutes walk away from the tube station, local shops and Hyde Park. This centre is fully equipped with the latest IT and Telecoms and Meeting Room Facilities. We also provide Virtual Offices and have a new sign up online facility.
The IT Suite compromises 12 state of the art work stations as well as a trainer station. It is the perfect space for external training that requires computer based learning. The IT Suite is usually hired as an addition to another meeting space, simply for use of the IT facilities. It is possible, however, to hire it on its own. The cost of hiring the IT Suite is £225 + the relevant daily delegate rate.
Located on the third floor the Black Suite comprises of the Black, Lister & Flemming rooms. It retains the original art deco barrel-vaulted ceiling of the Great Hall of which it was part until an extra floor was created in 1985. The Suite can be set out in a number of different layouts and comes with the latest AV technology. A fantastic space for larger meetings, presentations, conferences or corporate events.
Located in the new Airbus Business Suite on the lower ground floor, the Broughton Room features WIFI throughout, air-conditioning, mood lighting and the use of the business suite with full IT facilities. Ideal for presentations, meetings and private dining.
Located next to the Grace Gate, and overlooking the Pavilion and the Harris Garden, the Thomas Lord Suite combines considerable style with ease of use. With natural daylight and open-plan flexibility, it is a large and versatile venue that can suit different sizes of groups and is an ideal setting for birthday parties, Christmas parties, receptions and weddings. The space is also available as a dry hire with selected outside caterers.
The suite can accommodate up to 300 guests in banquet style and already has a bar and cloakroom installed in the room, making the space perfect for small banquets or receptions. There is a private foyer and reception area so is therefore ideal for intimate parties and functions. The Palace Suite is a magical and unique location. There are complimentary parking spaces just outside the opening to the suite. Hand painted mural at either end and dim lighting create an Italian courtyard effect complete with wandering peacocks.
