The West 3 Suite is an intimate private area available for meetings and private dinners. It is an ideal meeting room and is adjacent to West Point and West Two and is also a a great syndicate room space if required. Nuvo City Centre

Nuvo is an exclusive and unique venue in the heart of Birmingham. Offering ample space to host 250 guests in the plush cocktail lounge, you'd be hard pushed to find a more spectacular venue. At Nuvo we are proud of our reputation for rustling up new and inventive cocktails served in our exquisite ground floor bar. Our mixologists can conjure up all manner of delights from traditional cocktails such as cosmos and mojitos right through to those with a contemporary twist.


Civic Catering is a professional caterer, hosting a wide range of events including; conferences, drinks receptions, canapé receptions, dinners, awards ceremonies, meetings, product launches, luncheons and dinners. The grandeur and beauty of this venue will impress your guests. You will have a dedicated Event Co-ordinator that will assist you with the pre-planning of your event and experienced manager to ensure a professional and smooth running of your event on the day.


Available for hire for exclusive use, set within it's own grounds, Highbury Hall can accommodate up to 100 guests for a luxury banquet within the Main Hall. Highbury Hall is perfect for birthday parties, corporate events such as training sessions or away days as you can arrange to book it out for exclusive use. The gardens make Highbury Hall the ideal venue during the warmer months for outdoor events such as drinks receptions, workshops and for breaks. The Sonata suite provides 144 square metres of state-of-the-art space and is ideal for banquets and elaborate weddings. The maximum capacity is 110 people banquet style. The room is adaptable for a wide variety of events from gala dinners to wedding receptions. It is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is accessible through the lobby area. The Sonata Suite is self-contained and has its own private bathroom facilities. The entrance area of the room provides the ideal setting for a drinks reception and cocktails.

Work + Play 2 offers a small intimate dinner setting for up to 15 people - perfect for the smaller event. This uber-modern space leads off the chateau lounge where there will be a bar set up for you with comfortable seating.


The Affinity Suite is our largest event space at 880m² and is perfect for an array of events, ranging from weddings to conferences and exhibitions. As a newly built venue all of our event spaces will come with state-of-the-art technology, as well as Skyfold walls which can be used to separate the room into two. As the largest pillar free ballroom space in Birmingham the Affinity Suite is a fantastic choice for conferences, and we can accommodate up to 1,200 delegates. Combined with our inhouse catering and dedicated registration area you are guaranteed a smooth and professional event.
