A modern theatre space with AV facilities for presentations, product launches, and award ceremonies in a prestigious art gallery.

With audio-visual facilities and comfortable tiered seating, the Ondaatje Wing Theatre is the perfect space for an evening presentation, product launch or award ceremony before a drinks reception in the Gallery. The Lecture Theatre can be hired at any time of day.

Events in the Theatre can be paired with breakfast, evening reception or dinner events in Gallery spaces.

Hire includes use of AV equipment and presence of AV Technician.

This space has 138 fixed seats and a maximum capacity of 150.

A chic, versatile event space for up to 300 guests, ideal for receptions and stylish gatherings.

Elegantly styled with light decor, the ME Room is available for hire 24 hours a day. 

Large scale events such as fashion shows and car launches are just a small selection of the impressive events held here. 

The ME Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a standing reception or 80 for dinner, or with the inter-connecting walls removed between the 6 adjoining studios, the total capacity can be increased to 300pax for a reception or 250pax for a seated lunch or dinner.

The venue comes complete with all furniture and linen, as well as table centrepieces and elegant uplighting.

Century Club

A high-tech 110-seat theatre in Covent Garden with an adjoining foyer for networking and catering.

Following a £500k AV refurbishment, the Cubic Theatre has professional DCP/DCI playback capabilities with true 4k resolution and Dolby Digital surround sound for a full cinema experience. All equipment is supported by our in-house technical team, who are bookable throughout your event. The adjoining Foyer is perfect for welcome drinks and post-screening networking whilst our catering partner Benugo can serve cinema-inspired canapes.

Auditorium - Level 6 Foyles 

A grand hall with 16th-century art, marble staircase, and glass rooftop. Ideal for receptions or dinners.

Located just off the Portico entrance, Central Hall is perfectly placed to host exceptional receptions and dinners. At the heart of the Gallery, it showcases treasures such as The Portrait of Charles William Lambton (‘The Red Boy’) by Sir Thomas Lawrence. It is also within easy reach of masterpieces by Van Gogh, Monet, and Manet, ideal for add-on private tours.

Central Hall

The National Gallery

An underground hall with oak paneling, natural light, and modern amenities. Ideal for meetings and conferences.

St Martin’s Hall is a beautiful room with oak panelling and even though the space is situated underground the room has an abundance of natural daylight. 

There is fresh air supply, under floor heating, WIFI, adjustable lighting and has its own private bathrooms and cloakroom. It also has its own separate space for refreshments in the ‘Lightwell’ which is situated right outside the Hall. St Martins Hall can hold up to 130 delegates in a theatre style, 64 delegates in a cabaret style or 32 in a boardroom style.

The Clermont Charing Cross

A grand Art Deco venue in Covent Garden, ideal for large events with seating up to 1625.

The Grand Temple is a stunning, Grade II listed Art Deco building.

The largest of our our spaces, the Grand Temple has fixed seating for up to 928 on the ground level and a further 450 seats in the balconies.

Built-in stage and audio can facilitate Conferences /Award ceremony events and product launches.  For larger scale production, there are 28 ceiling rigging points for audio/visual equipment.

There are multiple smaller rooms adjoining the Grand Temple available to use for refreshments, break-out areas or meetings.
