The Garden Pavilion is set within the grounds of Audleys Wood and has its own private, lit walkway from the hotel. It is completely self contained so it is possible to have an event here away from the hotel guests in the main house. This is a sold structure purpose built for Conferences and events for up to 200 delegates. it comes with a foyer, sound insulation, air conditioning and heating, bathroom facilities and inclusive PA system.

The Surrey Hall is a vast exhibition hall with a maximum capacity of 1,500. Its dimensions make it very flexible with regard to room set-up and the hall is brilliantly suited for Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet layouts. 

Our catering service provides a wide variety of excellent food and service options. We are more than able to cater for Corporate, Private and Charity Events.

The Balmoral Suite is a contemporary function room located on the ground floor of the conference centre at The Castle Hotel Windsor. It can accommodate up to 80 people theatre-style, 30 people in a U-shape setup, 24 people in a boardroom layout, 30 people in a classroom arrangement, 72 people for a banquet, and 50 people in a cabaret style. The suite features natural daylight, air conditioning, and a private bar area, making it suitable for various events such as meetings, conferences, and functions.
