The Gallops Suite is one of three inter-connected suites on the first floor and has a privileged position within the Duchess's Stand. The balcony wraps around the stand so you have views of London and across the parade ring on one side, and over the racecourse on the other side.

It is an ideal space for a Office Party, Christmas Party or Dinner and is brilliantly suited for Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet layouts. We are more than able to cater for Corporate, Private and Charity Events.

The Surrey Hall is a vast exhibition hall with a maximum capacity of 1,500. Its dimensions make it very flexible with regard to room set-up and the hall is brilliantly suited for Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet layouts. 

Our catering service provides a wide variety of excellent food and service options. We are more than able to cater for Corporate, Private and Charity Events.

Surrey Hall is an ideal space for an Exhibition, Showcase, Large Office Party, Christmas Party or Dinner. With incredible views and plenty of outdoor space making it perfect for a Summer Party.

The Exhibition Hall at Kempton Park Racecourse is located on the ground floor of the Grandstand. The large scale and open dimensions make it a versatile and adaptable space. 

The room also benefits from purpose-built kitchen facilities and bars, allowing organisers more freedom on their catering requirements for visitors or delegates.

An intimate suite on a unique island venue, ideal for various events with stunning river views.

The Thames Suite is perfect for the smaller more intimate events that can be managed using the bi-fold doors. We can seat up to 80 people with a projector on round tables, or the doors can be closed to create a 20 people boardroom and not feel lost in the space.
It can also be opened up, fully connecting with the reception to make a large standing space of up to 150 people. The room is decorated with natural tones, reflecting the nature surroundings, and benefits from natural daylight, courtesy of floor to ceiling windows along the full length of the room.
