Located on the top floor of Swan, the Balcony Room is a beautiful and versatile event space which looks out onto St. Paul's Cathedral, the River Thames and the Globe theatre. A private balcony, accessible through large French windows allows guests to take in the panoramic views of London. Elegant panelled walls, a dark wood floor and Dido Crosby artwork are all features of this space.
Our in-house kitchen will deliver restaurant-quality food to the table, with menus inspired by the seasons and stylish dining set ups available.

The penthouse and outdoor area have a combined capacity for 80 guests making it a spectacular  London event venue, ideal for drinks receptions, parties and product launches. It's the perfect spot for private dining parties, meetings, or outdoor drink reception during the summer months. There is plenty of seating on the terrace available and fake grass flooring as an added element of decoration. The terrace can also be a breakout room from the penthouse.

theatre-style arrangements, this expansive area serves as an individual meeting space. It's well equipped for events involving catering, exhibitions, registration, or additional space can be seamlessly integrated with the Lecture Hall bringing capacity up to 1000.
With natural daylight or blackout capabilities, making it an ideal choice for any event including dinners, receptions, seminars, awards, celebrations.
