Offering a total of 500 people, the room may be hired as a single space, or split into the Salisbury and Warwick suites for smaller events. The newly refurbished Platinum Suite is just a 2-minute walk from our on-site station Custom House, on the Elizabeth line and DLR. This exclusive-use, purpose-built meeting suite has an arrival lobby with cloakroom facilities, a lounge space with meeting and breakout rooms, and a main event space that can host conferences up to 700 delegates. There are private catering areas and comprehensive AV packages, managed by our on-site partner Anna Valley. Ideal for staff conferences, AGMs and company kick-off meetings.

The largest event room at The Tower Hotel, the Tower Suite can accommodate up to 550 people. Fully refurbished in 2007, this 550 sqm space can be divided into three smaller rooms, separated by soundproof walls to ensure complete privacy. 

Located on the first floor, The Tower Suite has its own private entrance and foyer area, with magnificent views of Tower Bridge. It's also fully wheel-accessible. The Tower hotel can provide movable staging and a dance floor to cater for all types of event, and our in-house AV company can provide on-site technicians as required.
