A versatile top-floor lounge in Mayfair with panoramic views, bar, A/V, and retractable walls.

The Lounge is situated on the top floor of 12 Hay Hill and is our most versatile space. 

The room is a blank canvas, suitable for any event, from conferences and awards ceremonies, to dinners and drinks receptions. The room covers the entire top floor and is equipped with a bar, A/V, retractable walls and a portable DJ booth.

The Lounge also boasts an abundance of natural light, due to the floor to ceiling panoramic windows, with views overlooking Mayfair and Berkeley Square.

The second floor Reading & Writing Room at One Whitehall Place has a magnificent view of the River Thames, London Eye & Whitehall Gardens. The room is decked out with beautiful faience tiling and a built-in parquet dance floor under the carpet. It can hot drinks receptions up to 250 standing, or dinner for up to 120 seated. Alternatively, this room can be combined with the interconnecting Gladstone Library to host a lavish party for up to 250 people.
