The Residence
Being located in the heart of Marylebone, Holmes Hotel is the perfect place to meet and celebrate. Having exclusive use of The Residence means we can host a special private dinner for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and weddings. Or why not make the most of space and organise a murder mystery dinner party to make your next event extra special.
The Billiards Room
The Billiards Room is a uniquely playful space, perfect for receptions, games rooms, weddings and parties. Ideal for dinners up to 14 guests, or receptions for up to 20, The Billiards Room unveils a hidden gem, as the dining table can be transformed into a fully fledged billiards table! The room can be hired separately, or can be combined with a number of our other spaces, including our fully stocked Pantry, with snacks, a premium wine fridge and much more. Bespoke menus are created by our chefs, or alternatively you can dine in our award-winning restaurant.

The Laboratory at Holmes Hotel London creates a unique and immersive experience for any drinks reception. Decorated with vintage and antique scientific equipment, as well as bespoke artwork inspired by Conan Doyle's letters and mystery solving artifacts, it is an ideal place to celebrate special ocassions with loved ones. The room can be hired out separately, or can be combined with a number of our other spaces, including our fully stocked Pantry, with snacks, a premium fridge and much more. The Laboratory can accommodate up to 20 people for a drinks reception.

Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Conservatory features a large open skylight to the private courtyard above. Flooded with natural daylight in the day, and cosy in the evening, this space is suitable for a range of private dining events for up to 10 guests. Catering is provided by our award- winning restaurant, Kitchen at Holmes, with a range of menus and options to choose from, including cocktail masterclasses. For those who don't want the evening to end, head straight to our stylish bedrooms upstairs for the night.

Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Pantry is a beautiful contemporary home kitchen with everything you need to host your private party. Featuring handpicked marble cabinets with matching counter tops, high kitchen stools, fully-stocked snack drawers and a premium wine fridge with still and sparkling water on tap, The Pantry is available for private hire, including the options of hosting cocktail masterclasses and cookery workshops for up to 20 people.
