A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to the final bill.
What are the minimum spend requirements for dining events?
For drinks reception events, the minimum spend is £2,250.00 plus VAT (reduced from £3,500) plus 12.5% service charge. For other dining events, minimum spend of £2,700 including VAT is mentioned, which is fully inclusive of food and drinks with no additional room hire fees.
How far in advance must final details be provided and what deposit is required?
Final details must be provided 10 days before the event. A 50% deposit is required to secure the space.

The Residence area can be booked as a combination including the Pantry, Conservatory, Billiard, Library, Laboratory, and Cellar rooms, accommodating up to 80 people for standing events.

Bronze Reception Package: £47.00 plus VAT per person (1 prosecco, 2 drinks, 3 canapés). Silver Reception Package: £62.00 plus VAT per person (1 prosecco, 3 drinks, 6 canapés).
