Chris Robshaw and Players'
Chris Robshaw and Players' are two of the three suits situated within the DHL [East] Stand on the ground floor. It is a bright functional space for meetings, conferences, parties and exhibitions. The suits provides space for up to 730 Reception style. The suits is fitted with audio visual equipment including large LCD projectors and screens and a PA system with microphones. It is also fitted with its own reception area with a cloakroom and bar.
Single Executive Box
The Twickenham Stoop offers 34 executive boxes, which each offer a bright and functional space with pitch side views, accommodating from 10-18 delegates in a boardroom setup. Our executive boxes are located on the first floor of both the Charles Stanley Stand and are easily accessibly by lift.

The Undercroft is our largest function room situated on the ground floor of our DHL [East] Stand. The suite provides flexibility for events including large conferences and meetings up to 400 delegates. With the ability to divide the room into three separate suites, this allows large conferences to break into separate space for syndicate areas, without leaving the immediate conference. The suite is also fitted with brand new audio visual equipment, including large LCD projectors and screens, PA system with microphones and numerous LED screens.

Debentures which has been newly renovated, offers a bright functional space for dinners or even parties. The suite provides space for 150 guests in a banqueting layout, or 180 for a Reception. During the warmer months, we encourage our guests to host a drinks reception pitch side before entering Debentures for dinner to offer a wonderful experience at our rugby club with a unique setting. The suite is fitted with its own reception area with a cloakroom and a bar.

Overlooking the Try Line and spanning over 81sqm, the 1866 Lounge is a great space for team meetings, training courses and can also be used as a syndicate room. It is located on the first floor of the Charles Stanley Stand and is accessible by lift. 1866 offers a bright, functional space with pitch side views, a small bar area and a large video wall with HDMI connection.

Our Double Executive Boxes are situated within both the IG [West] and DHL [East] Stands on the first floor. Spanning over 62 square meters, our Executive Boxes offer a bright functional space with a pitch side view, which can accommodate up to 20 delegates in a boardroom setup.

Overlooking the halfway line on the first floor of the Charles Stanley Stand, The Legends Lounge is 144sqm and an ideal space for board meetings, training courses, smaller private events and private dining. With its own bar and integrated video wall with HDMI connection, this is a versatile space with great views over the pitch.

Celebrating another Quins legend, the Jason Leonard Lounge is a contemporary and bright room. It overlooks the pitch and benefits from a covered, heated outdoor space making it ideal for break outs and drinks receptions. The Jason Leonard Lounge is a fantastic space for board meetings, training courses, smaller private events or a syndicate room. It is located on the first floor of the Charles Stanley Stand and is accessible by lift. It measures 70sqm and has a small bar and integrated video wall with HDMI connection.

The North Village is a brand new, unique space located behind the North Stand at The Twickenham Stoop. With a state of the art integrated video wall with HDMI connection, inbuilt PA system and stage, it is a perfect space for meetings, conferences and exhibitions. The North Village has direct access to pitch side and its own outdoor area, offering space for breaks and teambuilding exercises. It is fitted with heaters and a retractable roof making it the perfect venue for parties all year round!
