Undercroft
The Undercroft is our largest function room situated on the ground floor of our DHL [East] Stand. The suite provides space for dinners and parties with up to 500 guests in a banqueting layout, or 910 in a reception setting. Situated next to our main kitchen, the flow of the room allows dining guests to experience a wonderful experience at our Rugby Club in a unique setting. During the warmer months, we encourage guests to host a drinks reception pitchside before entering the Undercroft for dinner. The suite is also fitted with three large bars and built in AV.
Players
Honouring another Quins hero, the Mike Brown Bar is a great space for conferences, AGM's, dinners, private events and can be used as a syndicate room. Located on the ground floor of the DHL Stand, adjoining the Chris Robshaw Bar and with direct access to the pitch side. Guests are encouraged to use the pitch side for breaks or an area for post reception drinks. Spanning over 282 sqm, Mike Brown Bar offers a bright and functional space with a bar area and a state of the art integrated video wall with HDMI connection and inbuilt PA system.

Celebrating Quins legend, the Chris Robshaw Bar is our largest space at 542 sqm and an ideal space for conferences, exhibitions, weddings, parties and gala dinners. Located on the ground floor of the DHL stand, it has direct access to pitch side where guests are encouraged to take a break overlooking the Stoop turf. There is a large reception area for event registrations and state of the art integrated video wall with HDMI connection and inbuilt PA system. It is a light, versatile space which can be used as one room or in conjunction with the adjoining Mike Brown Bar and Debenture Lounge.

Chris Robshaw and Players' are two of three suites situated within the DHL [East] Stand on the ground floor. It is a bright functional space for any meetings or conferences. The suite provides space for conferences or meetings with up to 300 delegates theatre style, or 160 in a cabaret style. The suite is fitted with brand new audio visual equipment including large LCD projectors and screens and a PA system with microphones. It is also fitted with its own reception area with cloakroom and a bar.

Adorned with Quins memorabilia, the Debenture Lounge is located on the ground floor of the DHL stand, which is accessible through the DHL reception and adjoins the Chris Robshaw Bar. Spanning over 290sqm, Debentures offers a bright and functional space and is an ideal space for conferences, private parties, training courses and dinners. With direct pitch side access, guests can enjoy their breaks outside. The Debenture Lounge has a bar area, state of the art integrated video wall with HDMI connection and inbuilt PA system.

With floor to ceiling windows and located in the Charles Stanley stand, the Honours Bar is a popular space for conferences, training courses, memorial events, sports clinics, teambuilding and dinners. The Honours Bar spans over 319 sqm. and guests can access the room via The Stoop's main reception area or walk pitch side and enjoy views of the Quins home turf. The Honours Bar also boasts 11 UV-C air disinfection lighting units - Harlequins are in fact the world's first Rugby Club to install this technology. There is a large bar area and video wall with HDMI connection and inbuilt PA system.

It is located on the first floor of the Charles Stanley Stand and is accessible by lift. It measures 70sqm and has a small bar and integrated video wall with HDMI connection.
