Chris Robshaw and Players' are two of our three suites situated within the DHL [East] Stand on the ground floor. It offers a bright functional space for celebratory parties or even Christmas parties. The suite provides space for parties with up to 330 guests in a banqueting layout, or 730 for a Reception. The suite is fitted with brand new audio visual equipment including large LCD projectors and screens, and a PA system with microphones. The suite is fitted with its own reception area with cloakroom and a bar.
Undercroft
Capacity: Up to 910 Reception guests

The Undercroft is our largest function room situated on the ground floor of our DHL [East] Stand. The suite provides flexibility for events including large conferences and meetings up to 400 delegates. With the ability to divide the room into three separate suites, this allows large conferences to break into separate space for syndicate areas, without leaving the immediate conference. The suite is also fitted with brand new audio visual equipment, including large LCD projectors and screens, PA system with microphones and numerous LED screens.

During the warmer months, we encourage our guests to host a drinks reception pitch side before entering Debentures for dinner to offer a wonderful experience at our rugby club with a unique setting.

Celebrating Quins legend, the Chris Robshaw Bar is our largest space at 542 sqm and an ideal space for conferences, exhibitions, weddings, parties and gala dinners. Located on the ground floor of the DHL stand, it has direct access to pitch side where guests are encouraged to take a break overlooking the Stoop turf. There is a large reception area for event registrations and state of the art integrated video wall with HDMI connection and inbuilt PA system.
