Chris Robshaw and Players' are two of the three suits situated within the DHL [East] Stand on the ground floor. It is a bright functional space for meetings, conferences, parties and exhibitions. The suits provides space for up to 730 Reception style. The suits is fitted with audio visual equipment including large LCD projectors and screens and a PA system with microphones. It is also fitted with its own reception area with a cloakroom and bar.

Undercroft

The Undercroft is our largest function room situated on the ground floor of our DHL [East] Stand. The suite provides flexibility for events including large conferences and meetings up to 400 delegates. With the ability to divide the room into three separate suites, this allows large conferences to break into separate space for syndicate areas, without leaving the immediate conference. The suite is also fitted with brand new audio visual equipment, including large LCD projectors and screens, PA system with microphones and numerous LED screens.
