About this space
The Undercroft is our largest function room situated on the ground floor of our DHL [East] Stand. The suite provides flexibility for events including large exhibitions and roadshows. The space allows for over 200 exhibitor stands and space for registration in a separate reception.
Spanning the length of the stand, the high ceilings and long dimensions of the room provide a bright, functional space for exhibiting companies and active space.
The suite is also fitted with brand new audio visual equipment allowing for announcements and sponsor displays.
