The Bays
Our most sought-after space, The Bays blend industrial charm with modern functionality. Spanning over 300sqm across two interlinked areas, this versatile venue is perfect for exhibitions, awards dinners, weddings, and more. The Bays offer a distinctive backdrop with exposed brickwork and striking architectural features. A stylish pre-function area with a feature bar sets the tone, leading into the main space equipped with a comprehensive AV package – including projectors, screens, colour-changing lighting, PA system, staging and more.
The Cotton Sheds
Draped head to toes in industrialist aesthetic, the Cotton Sheds regularly host enthralling shows and conferences with as many as eight separate areas and room for up to 5,000 people. Built in 1925 as a cotton warehouse. The Cotton Sheds cover an incredible 4,533 sqm making them our largest and most dramatic event space. Each 'Shed' varies in size and layout, labelled alphabetically with areas that include a bar/reception and a VIP Mezzanine.

New for 2023, The Tobacco Stores represent the epitome of innovation. Recently converted into two areas, the 1858sqm space is intertwined with exposed brickwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, original archways and ancient steel columns. It's two adjoining spaces can be cordoned off to differentiate activity and consists of a fully-integrated kitchen and extensive PA system including 20 giant projector screen. It's vast size allows for a myriad of uses across day and night from team building, to private functions, to contemporary product launches.
