Frequently asked questions

Private event spaces at Victoria Warehouse have a minimum of 80 guests. If you have fewer than 80 guests, you may be interested in their shared party option instead.

Yes, you must use Victoria Warehouse's in-house caterers for all dining events. You cannot bring in external catering providers or arrange your own food service.

Christmas party packages start at £95+VAT per person for street food menu (minimum 90 guests) or £100+VAT per person for 3-course menu (minimum 90 guests). Packages include welcome drink, private room and décor, DJ, and your choice of meal.

Victoria Warehouse offers both street food menus and 3-course dining options. For corporate dinners, they provide welcome drinks at £6.25+VAT per person and 3-course dining at £45+VAT per person, with room hire starting from £3,500+VAT.

The Bays can accommodate up to 220 guests for seated dining events. For larger groups, The Cotton Sheds can seat 1,000 theatre style but specific dining capacity would need to be confirmed based on your layout requirements.

During the Christmas period, there will be Christmas decorations throughout the venue. This is something to be aware of when planning events during the festive season.

The day catering package costs £38.50+VAT per person and includes 3 tea and coffee breaks plus lunch. This is suitable for conferences that include dining components throughout the day.
