Private event spaces at Victoria Warehouse have a minimum of 80 guests. If you have fewer than 80 guests, you may be interested in their shared party option instead.

Yes, you must use Victoria Warehouse's in-house caterers for all events. You cannot bring in external catering providers or self-cater your wedding.

Victoria Warehouse offers Christmas party packages starting at £95+VAT per person for street food menu (minimum 90 guests) or £100+VAT per person for 3-course menu (minimum 90 guests). These packages include welcome drink, private room and décor, DJ, and your choice of meal.

Yes, there will be Christmas decorations throughout the venue during the Christmas period. This should be considered when planning December weddings as it will affect the venue's aesthetic.

The Cotton Sheds can accommodate up to 1000 guests in theatre-style seating at £10,000+VAT plus mandatory security costs. Events requiring more than 1000 theatre capacity cannot be accommodated.

Security is mandatory for ticketed events, with costs quoted separately based on your specific event requirements. You must confirm your booking decision quickly to receive a security quote and have contracts signed promptly.

The Cotton Sheds includes staging, house lighting rig, and house audio system which can be made available to you. If you want to remove the house equipment and use your own design, there will be an additional fee on top of the venue hire.

The Bays is suitable for events with 150 guests at £3,000+VAT plus security. The Cotton Sheds accommodates larger events up to 1000 theatre-style at £10,000+VAT plus security. The Basement spaces are available at £5,500+VAT for conferences and can be adapted for wedding receptions.
