The Seminar Room is located in the Museum's Clore Learning Centre. It has a high technical specification making it an ideal venue for an intimate business meeting, AGM, conference or workshop. The Museum's events team regularly work with experienced external events companies who specialise in corporate team building events which utilise some of the Museum's unique collections.

The Durham Street Auditorium is an intimate, charming space - ideal for business presentations, screenings, press briefings, away days and an escape for the usual office environment. The DSA can seat up to 60 delegates in cinema style seating allowing your guests to sit back and enjoy the show!

The Sugar Rooms of this Georgian venue look out across the courtyard, flooding the room in natural light. The space can host up to 120 guests for a sit down dinner across the two main 'sugar room' spaces. The lower Sugar Room is often used as a reception area and the upper Sugar Room as the main dining space. Both can used as separate break out spaces for larger dining events or together as a more flowing space. There is solid oak flooring in both and beautiful exposed wooden beams in the upper Sugar Room. There is an audio PA system and an LED lighting system that can wash the room in colour.
The JTW is a spacious and well-lit meeting room with lots of a natural light. Situated on the first floor, it has superb river views and is located away from other spaces, giving an additional level of privacy. The space can accommodate up to 60 standing and 30 seated in a variety of layouts. LCD screens and a PA system are available to use. A range of catering options are available from our on-site catering partner LEAFI.
