The ICA Studio is a raw, industrial, urban space that has been designed as an area of reflection, discussion and creativity. A former artist's workshop, the space has been opened and adapted by RIBA award-winning 6a architects who have also worked on projects for the South London Gallery, Raven Row and Studio Voltaire. Due to the robust nature of the space, the Studio is an ideal location for creative workshops, presentations, meetings and receptions. Event organisation and catering for the day is provided exclusively by Arnold & Henderson.
The Victorian Loft features plenty of daylight and a bohemian style that is peaceful and cosy. the perfect place for intimate meetings, receptions and any event that wants to break free from the boring meeting room mould. A unique, versatile warehouse loft space, with original features perfect for your corporate workshops, seminars, receptions and everything else your imagination can muster. Practically located in Old Street (Zone 1) the space is perfect for corporate events, product launches, celebratory dining experiences, fashion, photography and editorial.
Located on the ground floor of the building, the Lecture Theatre has fixed tiered seating for up to 210 guests. Perfect for Launches, Lectures, Conferences and Workshops. The room hire includes the use of the Marble Hall and adjoining Gallery located on the lower ground floor for registration and catering, a technician during the hours booked and audio visual equipment (data projector, lectern, 6 top table microphones, 2 hand held radio microphones, 4 tie clip radio microphones, laptop)
The Executive Centre is located on the ground floor and offers over 161 square metres of space for your delegates. It is an intimate and private area to host a wide range of meeting, training and workshops for up to 60 theatre style or 40 cabaret style. In this room we often hold IOSH training, additional storage space for exhibitions such as Focus London and BellaVita, book launches, weekly boardroom meetings and VIP for Casual Dining
The Charles Dickens Room is located on the lower ground floor and offers great AV technology and real flexibility that makes it perfect for a variety of smaller meetings. The names of past Presidents, Secretaries and other senior officers of the BMA are inscribed around on the walls around the room.
A newly renovated events space at the heart of 58VE which can be set up to accommodate a variety of events. With features such as writable walls and removable partitions the space offers a blank canvas with branding opportunities such as changing coloured lights and a lectern with front LED screens to make the space yours. Ideal for interactive workshops, product launches, breakfast and evening events it is fully supported by an inclusive AV package including an AV technician to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Taking full advantage of our warehouse roots, The Warehouse is an impressive space, ideal for focus groups, workshops, innovation sessions, team days, co-creation sessions and meetings. Featuring original wooden flooring, floor to ceiling whiteboards and modular furniture the studio can be configured to meet every need, seating up to 45 people theatre style, 20 boardroom style and with a video linked viewing room for 10 observers. The Warehouse can also be hired as a temporary project space for research teams and has a self contained kitchen.

LABS House is perfectly suited for corporate events such as conferences, innovation days, workshops, large business meetings and networking events. With access to private bar, AV, catering and onsite event management the team at LABS House can provide every element to make your event a great success.
The Apartment at The Hoxton, Holborn offers a creative workshop, conference or meeting space that is bound to stir the creative juices within your team and lead to a memorable and productive day. It can be hired out exclusively for larger groups, product launches, fashion brands and when you need a bit more elbow room. Make yourself at home and raid the Pantry stocked full of free drinks and goodies, whilst relaxing or getting some work done in the six individually designed rooms. Alternatively, make use of the whole apartment for a standing event up to 250 guests.
