The Gulbenkian is 12.24 x 6.62m in dimension and has the capacity to hold between 12-100 people at most.

The Day Delegate Package costs £64.00 per person (£71.50 including VAT) and includes dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator, room hire for the main meeting room, full day beverage service with three servings of coffee/tea/water/biscuits, working lunch with sandwiches/3 hot items/fruit/sweet treat/juices, afternoon snack selection, LCD projector/screen/flipchart/pens, free Wi-Fi, and delegate stationery. The minimum number for this package is 80 delegates.

Venue 1 can accommodate a maximum of 150 people in cabaret layout or 328 people in theatre setup. The room has its own entrance, reception/registration area, and green room that can be used for staff preparation, prayer room, or other purposes.

A PA system with one handheld microphone is required at £180 including VAT. Additional microphones cost £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is mandatory starting at £540 including VAT, as Venue 1 requires professional sound management for multiple microphones.

Venue 2 can be used as a catering space free of charge, but it's only available until 4pm as another event starts at 4pm. The Nash and Portland rooms can be provided for catering at £500 VAT exempt. The Gulbenkian Room costs £1200 VAT exempt and has a maximum capacity of 48 in cabaret setup.

Working lunch costs £19.80 including VAT per person. Tea and coffee servings cost £8.40 including VAT per serving per person. Post-event Prosecco and canapés package costs £52.00 including VAT per person and includes PA system for background music, 6 canapés per person, 2 glasses of Prosecco per person, plus orange juice and water.

ISH Venues sends PayPal payment links for invoices. Based on correspondence, they follow up on outstanding payments and expect prompt processing of invoices. Specific payment terms and deposit requirements should be confirmed when booking.

You can make last-minute adjustments to guest numbers - one event increased from 36 to 40 attendees with just days' notice. Break timings and specific requirements should be provided as soon as possible after booking to ensure proper coordination with the venue team.

ISH Venues can provisionally hold dates for 10 working days while you make decisions. They follow up regularly on provisional bookings and require confirmation within their specified timeframes. If no response is received, they will release the booking to other clients.

Some dates may have limited availability due to existing bookings. For example, Venue 2 is only available until 4pm on certain dates due to subsequent events. It's important to have flexible dates when possible, as the venue may suggest alternative dates if your preferred date is unavailable.

The Day Delegate Package includes a dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator. The venue has staff members like James who work on event days to ensure smooth operations. Clients have praised the team's efforts in setup and day-of coordination.
