The ICA Studio is a raw, industrial, urban space that has been designed as an area of reflection, discussion and creativity. A former artist's workshop, the space has been opened and adapted by RIBA award-winning 6a architects who have also worked on projects for the South London Gallery, Raven Row and Studio Voltaire. Due to the robust nature of the space, the Studio is an ideal location for creative workshops, presentations, meetings and receptions. Event organisation and catering for the day is provided exclusively by Arnold & Henderson.
Situated on the lower ground floor, located in the central area between the Gallery and Hall, the Library is ideal for boardroom meetings, talks and training sessions. The room has a 84'' Panasonic 4K UHD tv screen with speakers and a choice of inputs as well as conference calling facilities.
Ideal for smaller meetings, training events or interviews, Meeting Room 2 can accommodate up to 6 people. It is a high-specification space which offers modern AV conferencing facilities, WiFi and unlimited tea, coffee and water. Catering is also available and your delegates can choose from a range of options.
The Seminar Room is located in the Museum's Clore Learning Centre. It has a high technical specification making it an ideal space for an intimate business meeting, AGM, conference or workshop. The Museum's events team regularly work with experienced external events companies who specialise in corporate team building events which utilise some of the Museum's unique collections.
The Victorian Loft features plenty of daylight and a bohemian style that is peaceful and cosy. the perfect place for intimate meetings, receptions and any event that wants to break free from the boring meeting room mould. A unique, versatile warehouse loft space, with original features perfect for your corporate workshops, seminars, receptions and everything else your imagination can muster. Practically located in Old Street (Zone 1) the space is perfect for corporate events, product launches, celebratory dining experiences, fashion, photography and editorial.
The Viceroy Room is decorated in a traditional style, but is a very versatile space. As with all rooms here at The Grosvenor Hotel, this space is flooded with plenty of natural daylight and is fully air-conditioned so as to make your business meeting, presentation or workshop as comfortable and productive as possible.
The Tavern Meeting Rooms are on the second tier of the Tavern Stand, with magnificent views of the pitch from the balcony. On match days, these ten rooms are the private boxes from which celebrity guests can sip champagne and view the game. Throughout the rest of the year, they are an outstanding space for syndicate rooms or for smaller meetings.

The Apartment at The Hoxton, Holborn offers a creative workshop, conference or meeting space that is bound to stir the creative juices within your team and lead to a memorable and productive day. It can be hired out exclusively for larger groups, product launches, fashion brands and when you need a bit more elbow room. Make yourself at home and raid the Pantry stocked full of free drinks and goodies, whilst relaxing or getting some work done in the six individually designed rooms. Alternatively, make use of the whole apartment for a standing event up to 220 guests.
