RSA House West End

Originally designed as river-front warehouses, these fully restored Vaults offer a striking contrast to the splendour of the rooms above. The series of interconnecting spaces offer a choice of secluded settings for intimate gatherings or, used as a whole, provide a spectacular backdrop to parties, product launches and fashion shows for up to 220 guests.

This bright and airy room was once the bedroom of the Dowager Duchess of Rutland. Adorned with large gold mirrors and stunning views over ROSL’s private garden and Green Park beyond this room is an ideal central London venue for small meetings and private dinner parties. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.

How much will it cost to hire a hall for a party?

You can expect prices for smaller halls to start from £500, larger commercial halls are more likely to start from £2000 but prices vary considerably depending on the size of the hall, location and it's facilities.

Can I bring my own caterer to supply food and drink?

Many party halls will allow you to bring your own caterer, especially if they do not have an on-site kitchen. Some halls may require you to pick from a list of approved caterers.

Do you pay by the hour or is there a set hire fee?

It varies depending on the hall, smaller town halls and school halls tend to have an hourly rate while bigger commercial halls are likely to have a day hire fee.

Will I need a liquor licence to serve alcohol?

In most cases, if you are not charging your guests for their drinks then you will not require a liquor license, however, different party venues have different policies so it is always best to check before confirming a booking.
