The fully air conditioned Bill Boeing Room boasts sophisticated audio-visual aids and the services of a fully qualified technician. The seating is removable to provide 2,000 square feet of exhibition space. A data projector, compatible with most computers, to display computer screen data onto our full size screen, is available in the Bill Boeing Room. The screen is retractable to open up a stage area and additional staging can be provided.
The Queen's Room, set on the ground floor of the historic Armoury House, has a very high ceiling and huge windows looking out on the stunning Artillery Garden. Frequently used for business lunches, meetings and private dinners, The Queen's Room is also often used as a syndicate room for conferences taking place the The Prince Consort Rooms, and can be hired in conjunction with the Ante Room across the hallway.

The Brewery's James Watt Room is a fully self-contained venue within a larger venue that is ideal for meetings, workshops, and training events. With a capacity for 50 to 90, it's also well-suited as a breakout space for conferences held in the larger rooms. Our event designers are at your disposal to help organise and manage your event, freeing you up to concentrate on making your meeting or seminar productive and successful. The venue offers high speed Wifi, an integrated PA system, and customisable signage. Catering and beverages are available onsite, as well.
