Named after John Nicolson, the last private owner of Winterbourne House and Garden, the Nicolson Building offers a fantastic range of five flexible contemporary meeting spaces. The building celebrates Nettlefold’s industrial connections with retro prints from his family firm GKN on the walls and the innovation theme is continued with the furniture – using Kite tables to offer the most flexible of room layouts.
With full technical support including catering, sound, lighting and projection systems, this suite provides a flexible space for medium-sized conferences of up to 900 delegates. Also ideal for dining and private functions, the suite caters for up to 850 at oval tables or 900 reception guests.

Three magnificent rooms are nestled within our 15 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering the ideal setting for lunches, dinners, conferences, award ceremonies and seasonal events. Our Terrace and Garden suites were refurbished in Summer 2014 and now boast in-built AV equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi and beautiful décor and lighting. Award winning caterers Ampersand are the in-house caterers for events at the Botanical Gardens.
