Foyle 1 costs £1,730 +VAT for day hire (09:00-17:00), while Foyle 2 costs £1,260 +VAT for the same period. For combined spaces, Foyle 1 and Foyle 2 together cost £2,530 +VAT for day hire. Evening hire of the Atrium starts from £3,790 +VAT with access from 17:30.

Foyle 1 accommodates 100 guests in theatre style, while Foyle 2 can seat 100 theatre style or 80 cabaret style (10 tables with 8 guests each). The Boardroom seats up to 24 guests around the boardroom table. The Atrium can host up to 150 guests for standing receptions.

Foyle 1 includes a projector, large screen, and built-in speakers. Foyle 2 has two projectors and screens for enhanced visibility. Both spaces include lecterns, staging, and microphones within the hire fee. Connection requires your own laptop via HDMI cable, which is provided onsite along with Mac adaptors.

Yes, Monday bookings require security charges of £187 +VAT to have main museum doors opened and manned, as the museum is normally closed to the public. This is approximately £20 per hour and covers the full hire period.

All catering is handled by in-house partner Searcys for daytime events. Evening events can use approved external caterers from their supplier list. Catering is arranged directly with the catering team and quoted separately from venue hire costs.

Yes, spaces can be combined effectively. Foyle 1 and Foyle 2 are adjacent and work well together for conferences with breakout areas. The Café 2 sits directly above Foyle 2 and pairs well as a separate catering space. The Atrium connects to the Foyle spaces and can accommodate exhibitions or receptions.

Deliveries and collections must be booked for the day of the event only. All packages should be labeled 'FAO Venue Hire National Army Museum' so security can alert the venue hire team. There's a small on-site car park ideal for deliveries with access on the same floor as Foyle 1 and 2.

A maximum of 30 exhibition stands can be accommodated across Foyle 2 and the Atrium - 16 stands in Foyle 2 and 14 in the Atrium. Each standard table space is 75cm x 150cm, and power outlets are available throughout both spaces with extension cables provided by the IT team.

After confirming interest, you'll receive an order agreement to read, sign and return. Once signed, the finance team will send an invoice to your specified email address. Any additional services like security require separate agreements and are invoiced separately.

The Atrium can only be hired on Mondays when the museum is closed to the public, requiring additional security costs. Evening hire of spaces begins at 17:30 when the museum closes. Day hire typically runs from 09:00-17:00, though specific timings can be discussed.
