Foyle 1 costs £1,730 +VAT for daytime hire (09:00-17:00). Foyle 2 costs £1,260 +VAT for daytime hire. The Atrium costs £3,790 +VAT for evening hire (access from 17:30). Combined hire of Foyle 1 and Foyle 2 costs £2,530 +VAT for daytime, while Foyer and Atrium together cost £4,352 +VAT for evening events (with charity discount applied).

Foyle 1 accommodates 100 guests in theatre style. Foyle 2 seats 80 guests cabaret style (10 tables with 8 guests each) or 100 theatre style. The Atrium can host up to 150 guests for standing receptions. The Foyer and Atrium combined can accommodate up to 300 guests for seated dinners across both levels.

Foyle 1 includes a projector, large screen, built-in speakers, lectern, staging, and microphones within the hire fee. Foyle 2 has two projectors and screens for presentations, plus modular staging, lecterns, and microphones available. The Atrium can provide staging, microphones, and uplighters for events.

Yes, events on Mondays when the museum is closed to the public require security to have main doors opened and manned throughout the hire. This costs £187 +VAT and requires a separate agreement. The security charge is approximately £20 per hour as a guide.

Daytime catering is provided exclusively by in-house partners Searcys, who offer menus including seated lunch/dinner, fork buffets, and bowl food options. For evening events, you can choose from a list of approved external caterers or use Searcys. All catering is arranged directly with the chosen provider and quoted separately from venue hire.

Yes, spaces can be hired in combination. Foyle 1 and 2 are adjacent conference rooms that work well together. The Foyer connects to both the Atrium and Café, making it perfect for combined hire. The Atrium sits directly under the suspended Lynx helicopter and connects to other spaces via split levels.

Daytime events typically run 09:00-17:00. Evening events have access from 17:30 when the museum closes to the public. Deliveries and collections must be booked for the day of the event and labeled 'FAO Venue Hire National Army Museum' for security to alert the venue hire team.
