Foyle 1 costs £1,730 +VAT for day hire, Foyle 2 costs £1,260 +VAT, and the Atrium costs £3,790 +VAT for evening hire (access from 17:30). The Boardroom costs £1,010 +VAT for evening hire, and Café 2 costs £3,430 +VAT. Combined spaces like Foyle 1 & 2 cost £2,530 +VAT for 09:00-17:00, while Foyle 1, 2 & Atrium together cost £6,320 +VAT for full day hire.

Foyle 1 accommodates 100 guests in theatre style, Foyle 2 seats 100 theatre style or 80 cabaret style (10 tables with 8 guests each). The Atrium hosts up to 150 guests for standing receptions, while the Boardroom seats up to 24 guests around the table. The combined Foyer and Atrium can accommodate up to 300 guests for seated dinners across both levels.

Foyle 1 includes a projector, large screen, and built-in speakers. Foyle 2 has two projectors and screens for enhanced visibility, plus built-in speakers. The Boardroom features an 84" LCD high definition display screen with ceiling speakers and wall/table inputs. All spaces include lecterns, staging, and microphones within the venue hire fees, plus HDMI cables and Mac adaptors are available.

Events on Mondays when the museum is closed to the public require mandatory security at £187 +VAT to have main doors opened and manned throughout the hire. This is approximately £20 per hour and covers having security officers present during your event. Charities receive discounts on venue hire fees, as shown in quotes provided to charity organizations.

Daytime catering is provided exclusively by in-house partners Searcys, who offer menus with various options from sandwiches to formal three-course dinners. For evening events, you can choose from a list of approved external caterers or use Searcys. All catering is arranged directly with the catering provider, and catering spaces like Café 2 can be hired separately for serving refreshments.

Day hire typically runs 09:00-17:00, while evening events have access from 17:30 when the museum closes to the public. The museum is normally closed on Mondays, so Monday events require additional security arrangements. Deliveries and collections must be booked for the day of the event and labeled 'FAO Venue Hire National Army Museum' for security team coordination.

A maximum of 30 exhibition stands can be accommodated across Foyle 2 and the Atrium - 16 stands in Foyle 2 and 14 in the Atrium. Both spaces have numerous power outlets throughout, with at least one connection available per table. Extension cables are provided by the IT team and properly taped down for safety. Standard table size is 75cm x 150cm per plot.

To confirm a booking, you must complete and sign an order agreement that requires lead contact details, full company name, and complete address. The finance team will then send an invoice to the email address provided on the form. For events requiring security on Mondays, a separate security agreement must also be signed and returned.

The venue accommodates conferences, exhibitions, dinners, receptions, and corporate events. Filming is permitted with appropriate arrangements, as shown in quotes for Warner Brothers productions.
