The Atrium is available for private events outside of museum opening hours; perfect for receptions, award ceremonies, evening entertainment and Christmas parties.

The striking setting provides an exciting visual backdrop for more creative events; including art exhibitions, product launches or even as a performance space for private parties.

Running from the front to the rear of the museum, the Atrium creates a strong visual link between spaces. Used together with the Foyer or Cafe for larger events, it becomes an ideal space for a dancefloor, disco or an after-dinner lounge area.

Evening hire of the Atrium (access from 17:30) costs £3,790.00 +VAT. For larger events, you can combine spaces: Foyle 1 and Foyle 2 together cost £2,530.00 +VAT for daytime hire (09:00-17:00), or the Foyer and Atrium together cost £4,352.00 +VAT for evening hire (with charity discount applied). Individual Foyle rooms range from £1,260.00-£1,730.00 +VAT.

Extension cables can be provided and safely taped down by the IT team.

To confirm your booking, you must complete and return a signed order agreement. The venue can place holds on dates while you decide.
