Frequently asked questions

Evening hire of the Boardroom costs £1,010.00 +VAT with access from 17:30 when the museum closes to the public. This includes the use of the space with its 24 leather upholstered chairs, 84" LCD screen, and all listed amenities.

The Boardroom can seat up to 24 guests at the modular boardroom table. For events requiring more flexibility or standing reception space, you can hire round tables instead of using the fixed boardroom table configuration.

Catering is provided by Searcys, the in-house catering partner, or you can choose from a list of approved external caterers. The venue will provide introductions to catering managers who can discuss menu options and provide quotes based on your specific requirements.

Yes, you can add the Atrium for pre-dinner drinks served underneath the suspended Lynx helicopter. Evening hire of the Atrium costs £3,790.00 +VAT, creating a dramatic setting before moving to the more intimate Boardroom for dinner.

The Boardroom includes an 84" LCD high definition display screen, ceiling speakers, wall and table inputs, and induction loop. You need to supply your own laptop which connects via HDMI cable (provided onsite), with Mac adaptors available if needed.

To confirm your booking, you'll receive an order agreement to read, sign and return with your company details and contact information. The finance team will then send an invoice to your specified email address for payment.

For Monday bookings when the museum is normally closed, there's a mandatory security charge of approximately £187.00 +VAT to have the main doors opened and manned throughout your hire. This requires a separate security agreement.
