A grand ballroom with natural light, high ceilings, and flexible space for up to 700 guests.

The Grand Syon Ballroom has an abundance of natural daylight with floor to ceiling windows, fabulous high ceilings and beautiful crystal chandeliers. It can comfortably host up to 400 guests at a seated event or up to 700 guests at a reception event. It can be sectioned into three separate areas for more flexibility for your meetings, either if we are hosting an intimate business meeting or a grand presentation.

The Waterfront is a flexible space for weddings and events, which can host weddings from a minimum of 80 guests up to 500. The venue also has a quality Holiday Inn hotel in the same building with accommodation for 133 rooms.

Our venue is suitable all types of weddings, including Asian and British. With our 10 Partner Caterers we can ensure the wedding is actually as you wish.

Weston Hall is a multi-purpose venue that can be setup for a conference or exhibition with flexible layouts between two rooms

Some examples are a below
300 tiered seating conference with the whole hall
238 tiered seating conference on WH 2 and a breakout/refreshment area in WH1

University of West London, Ealing Campus

A versatile Victorian theatre space for events, gigs, and parties, accommodating up to 350 guests.

Between our artistic programming the Main Theatre is available for private hire for all your event needs including music gigs, talks and screenings.

Occasionally it is available for hire for large parties including wedding receptions for up 180 people for dinner and up to 250 standing. 

You can also hire the whole building for a big exclusive party for up to 350 guests across our spaces including the lovely outdoor terrace.

Please contact us early so we can help influence a gap in our artistic season.

Book our elegant Society Bar and enjoy the great service offered to you. The Bar features a raised area that can be closed to public and transformed into the perfect space for social meetings with drinks and snacks for up to 60 guests. It is also possible to rent the whole bar, for bigger events such as Christmas parties or large receptions for up to 200 guests.

Designed to accommodate a variety of business functions, including meetings, seminars, training sessions, and workshop. 
We offer rooms that accommodate around 35 delegates, others that accommodate around 400, so we can supply whatever you need for a stimulating, productive day. Each space has plenty of windows, natural light, and a spectacular view of the stadium. These spaces are perfectly suited to their designated purposes, and can accurately be described as blank canvasses, that can be arranged to suit your business meeting needs.

If you wish to be married here, we are registered for both straight and same-sex weddings. Although we are a religious community, we have no set dogmas and rituals, and our minister can create a service that incorporates elements, whether religious or secular, that are important to you, Alternatively, you may be able to bring in your own wedding celebrant to conduct your service.

Our Chiswick Ballroom is the perfect venue for your event, whether you are looking for a celebration of 30 or 330 guests. The room is flooded with natural daylight and has its own built-in dance floor and bar. 
Depending on the size of your event, the Ballroom can be split into two rooms, Chiswick South and Chiswick North. Either room or entire Ballroom can be used for what best suits your needs, whether it's a drinks reception, banquet, Christmas party, dinner dances, charity event, and many more.
