The Parlour is traditional and beautifully decorated. Located on the ground floor it is an ideal space for receptions, presentations, meetings and private dining. The DDR includes meeting room hire, tea and pastries, mid-morning tea & coffee, fork buffet lunch, afternoon tea, staffing and cutlery, cloak room, basic AV and flip chart.

The Ann Rylands Room is an ideal meeting space for up to 12 people. A lovely room, full of light and charm with access to it's own private rooftop terrace which is ideal for summer meetings. The space can also be used as a meeting breakout space in addition to the other first floor spaces. This Central London meeting space is perfect for smaller gatherings.

The Tavern Meeting Rooms are on the second tier of the Tavern Stand, with magnificent views of the pitch from the balcony. On match days, these ten rooms are the private boxes from which celebrity guests can sip champagne and view the game. Throughout the rest of the year, they are an outstanding space for syndicate rooms or for smaller meetings.

Holding your meeting at the Museum means that delegates can enjoy private guided tours of the collections, team building activities produced by the experienced in-house events team, as well as a delicious array of food and refreshments. These four wood-panelled meeting rooms can be hired individually or combined to create a larger space as an ideal events venue in London. Meeting Room 1 is the biggest in size, while Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are identical in size and spec. This highly versatile space is perfect for meetings, conferences, receptions and private events. Alternatively, you can also use it for catering, exhibitions or breakout space for events hosted in the Council Chamber conveniently located across the landing on the 5th floor in Congress Centre. The DDR ranges from £49-65 per person.

Wallacespace Clerkenwell Green is the latest addition to the Wallacespace conference venues. The Copper Room is a great space for a board meeting, a small seminar, a workshop, or a training session. The room accommodates ten to twenty people, and is bright, contemporary, and airy, with plenty of light pouring in an expansive, floor-to-ceiling window. The room is set up with full AV equipment that includes a large, portable plasma screen. Our friendly, helpful staff is trained in event planning and organisation, and is available to assist both in the planning and on the day of the meeting.

Stained glass windows and oak paneling surround the meeting table in the Court Room, creating the perfect environment for meetings, conferences, AGM's, workshops, presentations, seminars, product launches, networking events and other corporate functions. Capable of holding up to 160 people for a conference, the Court Room is an elegant and traditional room with state-of-the-art facilities designed to make your day productive and inspiring. The Library provides an anteroom for up to 90 guests, perfect for networking or refreshments whilst taking in Livery artefacts from the last 700 years.

The Bertrand Russell Room can be arranged for 22 at a board meeting to 35 for a presentations. It is also perfect for auditions and rehearsals.

The Great Room is jewel in the crown, accommodating up to 180 guests theatre and 80 guests cabaret style for conferences. The room features high ceilings and a skylight which floods in a natural daylight. The room is air-conditioned and can be completely blacked out for presentations or hybrid events. The state-of-the art audio-visual facilities include an HD projector for both data and professional format video projection.

Our largest event room, the original floor to ceiling silver-grey wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for conferences, meetings, fine dining and receptions. The room has an optional partition which forms 2 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.
