The Apollo is a unique and inspiring space to host conferences, large meetings and staff forums. The Main Space is great for conferences, seating up to 1503 in theatre style across the whole space. The Balcony is ideal for networking with plenty of space for exhibitor stands too.

There is a TV screen which can be used for visuals, and you can connect into our speakers for any audio requirements. Capacity is 2-32 guests over one table, up to 50 guests over four tables and between 40-100 standing, depending on the set up required. Illuminate is a progressive new venue designed to both anticipate and surpass the needs of the ever-evolving events industry. Illuminate is situated on Levels 4 and 5 of the Science Museum. It will be available for both daytime and evening hire, with capacities of up to 400 for dinners and conferences and 450 for receptions. Among the unique features of this new space is a panoramic window on Level 5. Offering stunning views of the City and an abundance of natural daylight, it will be a key element in ensuring a productive meeting or conference experience.

With a permanent LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen installed, this room is perfect for small corporate meetings and presentations as well as interviews, training sessions, appraisals, and workshops. This room can accommodate both online and hybrid meetings. The Library Boardroom also comes with a wall-fixture whiteboard for brainstorming new ideas, business plans, or flowcharts.
