The Otherist

An Art Deco-inspired private dining space in a historic venue, ideal for events with live music.

Engel Live is available for private dining and events, at any time. 

Set within a Grade I Listed landmark, its interiors pay homage to the golden days of Art Deco and can accommodate up to 48 for a seated meal or 120 for standing receptions. 

Bespoke menus can be created either by the Engel Bar team or by its sister restaurant – the Korean and Japanese influenced Jang. Live music can also be provided on request.

Overlooking the courtyard of the Royal Exchange, this space offers guests a spectacular view of this historic building.
