Elegant Georgian rooms with oak floors and beams, ideal for receptions or breakout spaces.

The Lower Sugar Room is often used as a reception area, the upper Sugar Room as the main meeting space. Both can be used as separate breakout spaces for larger events, or together as a more flowing event space for networking. The Sugar Rooms were where the sugar brewing used to be stored. There is plenty of natural daylight in these room through elegant feature Georgian windows that overlook the courtyard. The rooms can host up to 100 guests for a standing reception. There is solid oak flooring in both rooms and beautiful exposed wooden beams in the upper Sugar Room.

With eight rooms available, we can accommodate everything from one-on-one meetings to large-scale gatherings. Some rooms can be combined to host up to 50 guests, perfect for seminars, team-building sessions, or market research. 

Each room is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including Wi-Fi, video conferencing, satellite TV, and presentation screens, ensuring a seamless experience. Catering is also available in all rooms.

The space can accommodate up to 56 pax in Cabaret and 120 pax in Theatre setup.

Flexible conference suites in a Brutalist arts centre, ideal for meetings and presentations.

The Frobisher rooms are ideal spaces for both smaller meetings and syndicate work, with 6 individual conference suites each seating up to 50 delegates in theatre style or 16 delegates in boardroom style. 
The suites are separated by removable sound proofed partitioning, allowing complete flexibility in combining these rooms to create larger flat floored spaces.
When all partitioning are removed 2 large rooms accommodating up to 170 delegates in theatre style or 100 in classroom style each are created. There is a built in projector screen and a LCD projector to make giving presentations easy.
