First Option Location Studio

A Scandinavian-inspired bar in a redeveloped Victorian station. Ideal for events, photoshoots, and music.

With its beautiful arched windows and unusual Scandinavian inspired interior, downstairs area is the perfect place for private/ semi private hire. It is an eye-catching location for photo shoots done, filming, training days and conferences. Capacity -wise, the downstairs area holds up to 250 standing or we can arrange the seating to accommodate up to 100. Our in house kitchen can cater for all types of function as well as special requirements or requests.

A 3500 sq ft industrial studio with white walls, ideal for corporate events, meetings, and workshops.

A 3500sq ft blank canvas space entered via wide doors with cove and adjacent room and kitchenette facilities. This space lends itself to bespoke decoration due to the white walls and would be particularly suitable for corporate brand events, meetings, receptions and workshops.  The space works really well theatre style, as there is a lot of good floor space.
