A split level studio adjoining a large fully equipped kitchen. Both areas have high pitched roofs, with exposed roof trusses. A balcony, with French doors, is a new feature within the kitchen so lighting cranes are not needed.

Suitable for a variety of filming and stills shoots, conferences, presentations and fashion events. Photography starts at £650, filming from £950.


We work both with event organisers and directly with clients and have hosted a huge array of unusual and spectacular happenings – including large and complex installations for major brands, intimate private dinners, wedding receptions, fashion shows, company away days, meetings and, of course, a whole host of experiential days and evenings. Set over 2 levels, this warehouse has a contemporary appeal, with interior and exterior patio slab paving stones, exposed brick walls and a mix of modern and retro interiors.

A value-for-money option for film-makers and photographers needing a London Underground train setting. The carriage is static, but passenger compartment lights and powered doors are fully functional, as are the driver’s cab lights. In addition there are no extra charges if you broadcast/publish your film or photographs. The hourly prices are for non-professionals and students, these are negotiable depending on film and photo requirements.

The ground floor of Leighton House is a totally unique space with a diverse interior making it a perfect location for filming and photoshoots. the perfect setting for filming or photography. The Arab Hall is based on the 12th Century palace of La Zisa and lined with Leighton's priceless collection of tiles.  The ground floor also includes the drawing room, dining room and the library which would be perfect for a Victorian-esque  film or photoshoot. The back garden can be used as well.

The 4000sqft Warehouse has a rich history, having been a factory and rave venue in its past. Carefully restored by Studio Spaces, it retains much of its raw industrial beauty. It features original brickwork, concrete columns and concrete flooring but with the addition of rigging, truss points and sound treatment.
