Whether you're holding a conference for up to 200 delegates, a dinner for 100 or a reception of up to 1,200 party goers, Dial Square will work for you. The space benefits from huge windows on one side of the room and pitch views on the other.

Neutrally decorated, Dial Square offers a blank canvas for you to dress to suit your theme or company branding.

A spacious, light-filled mezzanine ideal for exhibitions, conferences, and gala dinners.

The Mezzanine is 2,000 sqm and has the benefit of natural daylight, a 16.5 metre high barrel-vaulted roof and is column free making it idea as an exhibition, conference, awards or gala dinner space. You can also make use of the Ground Level for a further 500sqm! 

24 Gallery Bays located around the level above the Mezzanine provide great additional space for exhibition stands, green rooms and catering. 

It's proximity to the breakout rooms makes the space ideal for a conference to run alongside a large exhibition.

Please note we do not operate on a hourly rate and only offer full day hire.

The Little Gallery is our second space with stunning exposed beams and flooded with natural daylight. The space comes with draping making it easy to transform into a dark space for presentations and awards.

Connected to the Great Gallery via the Great Gallery Courtyard, this space is great for networking pre-dinner, exhibition space to main plenary or used in conjunction with East Mall 1 for the main room in a conference.

Perfect for all types of events; being in the centre of the building this area is great when used in conjunction with other spaces to ease the flow of guests.

InterContinental London Park Lane's dedicated conference and events floor has been designed to deliver the optimum meeting environment and combines state-of-the-art facilities with expansive views over London. Situated on the Lower Ground floor of the property, Trinity & Goodmans suite offers a total capacity of 750 people. The room may be hires as a single space or separated into four separate suites, depending on the type of the event. The suite is ideal for hosting product launches, exhibitions, live webcasting session, dinner dances, conferences, gala dinners and Annual General Meetings. By booking the suite, you also get an access to the private indoor Atrium and two spacious Foyers which are the perfect space for the catering and exhibition.
