Our ballroom, Park Lane, is a spacious and naturally lit room with a built-in stage. Its high ceilings make it a popular choice for exhibitions and the room can comfortably hold up to 250 people in a theatre style or up to 300 for a reception. Versatile enough to cater to a number of different conference types.

Park Lane comes complete with projector, hearing loop and fast free Wi-Fi. You’re also welcome to use the adjoining Albert Hall suite as a private registration and breakout area.

It can accommodate conferences for up to 277 guests.

The spacious Max Rayne Auditorium has 148 luxurious tiered leather seats facing a purpose-built stage with state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities, making it the perfect event space for conferences, lectures, seminars, corporate meetings, presentations, and other private events. This auditorium is also designed to be fully accessible, with two conveniently located wheelchair spaces at the front of the room. A grand, wood-panelled event space in a heritage setting. Ideal for conferences, dining, and receptions.

Our largest event room, the original floor to ceiling silver-grey wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for conferences, meetings, fine dining and receptions. The room has an optional partition which forms 2 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.
