Space description

A unique hall that can accommodate up to 1,000 guests, ideal for banquets, conferences, exhibitions, presentations, award ceremonies, and dinner dances. The Cinema Suite features a tiered design and includes a large stage, dance floor, fully stocked bar, an RCF broadcast quality system, a 10m x 5m cinema screen capable of projecting a variety of images, a fully equipped lighting rig and system, and wireless data connectivity throughout.

Athena is a one-of-a-kind venue set in a historic Art Deco cinema from 1936, blending charming heritage features with all the modern tech you'd need for today's events. We're centrally located in the East Midlands, just a 10-minute walk from Leicester City Train Station and a 30-minute drive from East Midlands Airport, making us easily accessible.

Although we don't have onsite accommodation, we work closely with nearby hotels, all within a 5-minute walk, and can help your accommodation needs. Our space can accommodate from 150 to 1500 guests standing with adaptable layouts.
