The Live Room is Allianz Stadium's industry-leading auditorium. The space makes for a perfect venue for a seated dinner and has the option for a dance floor and stage. The room has full audio-visual equipment and large projector screens. There are retractable bleacher and chairs that can be arranged however you'd like, making this one of our most flexible and impressive event spaces. The space has large load in bays, so it is easy to bring in whatever decoration is needed. There is in house catering available and a recommended cater list for private dining.

Rose Suite

Capacity: Up to 1076 Theatre guests

Allianz Stadium is home to many large and extravagant Asian weddings throughout the year, with capacity to accommodate up to 850 guests in one sitting. Wedding packages for room hire and are partnered with five approved caterers who can all provide a bespoke menu to meet any dietary, religious or cultural requirements. These caterers include Greenleaf, Preeti, Premier, Sapna and VIP. The Rose Suite has an integral bar, PA system, and complimentary Wifi. There are in-house audio visual services so that all presentations go smoothly.

Beaumont

Capacity: Up to 450 Reception guests

Situated in the North Stand, Beaumont is suitable for a range of events including seated dinners and product launches. It acts as a good blank canvas for production and benefits from natural daylight. This room has been tastefully decorated with a series of unique and interesting rugby memorabilia such as old jerseys from famous players and photos.

Council Room

Capacity: Up to 70 Reception guests

Situated in the prestigious West Stand, the Council Room overlooks the famous Rose and Poppy Gate that acts as the entrance to the players on match day. The Council Room is ideal for smaller more intimate dining events and drinks receptions or can used as a break-out to the larger spaces in the West Stand, there is a private bar on one side of the room. The room is divided into halves by a wall sitting in the middle of the space. The room is traditionally decorated, with an integrate bar and has floor to ceiling windows which let in plenty of natural daylight.

Lock No. 5

Capacity: Up to 900 Reception guests

The Lock No. 5 is a large, bright and modern facility, located in Allianz Stadium's modern east stand. The Lock No. 5 has vast space for hosting a wide variety of events, including medium sized meetings in a cabaret or theatre set.

Spirit of Rugby

Capacity: Up to 750 Reception guests

Allianz Stadium's West Stand is home to the Spirit of Rugby, a large space perfect for larger conferences and exhibitions for up to 400 delegates. The space benefits from it's own foyer which is ideal for registration, cloakroom and private toilets. The Spirit of Rugby is also close to three other spaces: the Members Lounge, Presidents Suite and Council Room, all of which can be used as breakout spaces for bigger events that require rooms for seminars or production offices.

Churchill Suite

Capacity: Up to 375 Reception guests

The Churchill Suite is one of the larger spaces within Allianz Stadium, located on Level 2 in the South Stand. The Suite can comfortably seat up to 250 people for a dinner and is often used as an evening location after a conference in one of the other spaces at the stadium. The Churchill Suite also benefits from upgraded state-of-the-art AV, an integrated bar facility and complimentary Wi-Fi. This room has a capacity of 430 for a standing reception, 250 for private dining, 250 for theatre style seating, 175 for cabaret seating, and 60 people for boardroom seating.

Twickenham Cellar

Capacity: Up to 14 Boardroom guests

Allianz Stadium's most secretive and concealed room, the Twickenham Cellar, is available for private dinners for up to 14 people.

Executive Boxes

Capacity: Up to 20 Boardroom guests

The Clubhouse Restaurant

The Clubhouse Restaurant makes up half of Allianz Stadium's Clubhouse facility, located in the stadium's modern East Stand. Set up in a formal layout, touches of warm wood, leather and metallic finishes complete this light and airy facility, making it an excellent location to host impressive dining events.

Presidents' Suite

Capacity: Up to 70 Reception guests

The President's Suite is set in the prestigious West Stand and regularly plays host to Royalty and VIPs on match days. The Suite is ideal for a boardroom meeting or training session, holding up to 40 delegates theatre style or 14 in a boardroom style seating. This space is the perfect spot for any sports fans to get together and work. The Ante Room which is connected to the the Suite can be used for a break-out space for refreshments and lunch. There is a large, wide window that not only lets in an abundance of natural daylight, but allows for a magnificent view of the pitch down below.

Elgar Suite

Capacity: Up to 402 Theatre guests

The Elgar Suite is situated on Level 2 in the South Stand of Allianz Stadium. This space is formed of two interconnecting rooms. The space is ideal for seated dinners for up to 300 people or the room can be split into two for smaller dinners with a separate area for a pre-dinner drinks reception. The seating can be arranged to your liking. The Elgar Suite also benefits from natural daylight, upgraded state-of-the-art AV equipment and complimentary Wi-Fi. The room can hold 620 people for a reception and 196 people for cabaret style seating.

Nightingale Suite

Capacity: Up to 400 Reception guests

The Nightingale Suite is positioned on Level 2 in the South Stand of the stadium. It is one of the larger open spaces within the stadium, perfect for hosting larger seated dinners for up to 260 people, 182 people for cabaret seating, and receptions for up to 320 people. The seating arrangement can easily be changed depending on what type of dinner you would like to hold. The Nightingale Suite is often used as a refreshments area for the large conferences that take place in the Rose Suite. The Suite also benefits from an integrate bar, complimentary Wi-Fi and upgraded AV equipment.

The Gate L1

Shakespeare Suite

The Shakespeare Suite is accessed by Level 2 in the South Stand of Allianz Stadium. The Suite is formed of three individual rooms named Shakespeare 1, 2 and 3, and can either be used separately or as one large space for conferences, lunches and dinners or networking events. The space benefits from new state-of-the-art AV equipment, an integrated bar facility, Wi-Fi and direct access to the onsite Hotel. The Shakespeare Suite has a capacity of 750 people for a reception, 280 people for cabaret style seating, and 310 people for theatre style seating.

Members' Lounge

Capacity: Up to 300 Reception guests

The Member's Lounge is situated on Level 3 of the prestigious West Stand and offers guests spectacular views of the famous rugby field. The room benefits from natural daylight from the floor to ceiling windows. The large windows also allow for a stunning view of the world famous pitch below. Captains Club

The Player's Tunnel and Pitchside are the perfect spaces to impress your guests and give them a little glimpse into the Home of England Rugby. Any sports fan will remember this venue for years to come. Pitchside BBQ's make for an ideal summer party with access to the prestigious Royal Box and England Changing Rooms. Pre-dinner drinks receptions are also perfectly suited to the Player's Tunnel and pitchside, before heading to one of the larger rooms in the West Stand for a seated dinner. British Airways Rose Garden

The British Airways Rose Garden is Allianz Stadium's lively roof terrace, a unique and fun space which is largely covered with some open areas for an 'outdoors feel'. Located on the top floor of the new East Stand The Rose Garden can accommodate up to to 550 for drinks with food options available in a special street food concept with a built in wood fire pizza ovens and rotisserie.

England Changing Room

Brunel 1-4

The four Brunel Rooms, numbered 1–4 and located on Level 2 of the South Stand, interconnect seamlessly, offering a flexible space for events. Perfect for intimate dinners, they can host up to 60 guests or 28 around a single long table. Each room is identical and can be arranged in multiple layouts: boardroom for 28, cabaret for 42, private dining for 62, or standing reception for 80. All rooms feature state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and complimentary WiFi.

The East Wing
