The Grand Hall
Built in 1886, and famous for its stunning Victorian architecture, magnificent galleries and ornate barrel-vaulted glazed roof, the space is perfect for large exhibitions, fashion shows, live music and entertainment, and sporting events. The vast ground floor is overlooked by a large gallery floor creating great views and offering additional square meterage and options to expand your event. Several additional hospitality rooms are available, offering seperate spaces away from the main floors. Our newly refurbished Henley Suite is also avaiable, made up of eight meeting and seminar rooms.
The National Hall
Combining the style and charm of The Grand Hall on a smaller scale, The National Hall has been home to many bold, themed events, a variety of product launches and long-term home to many famous shows and exhibitions. Events in The National Hall can benefit from plenty of natural light from the arched roof and gable ends. The gallery floor gives impressive views across the ground floor below and gives your event a seperate floor plan to create a special environment. The space has it's own catering outlets, ofering a broad range of food and drink tailored to all tastes.

West Hall Level 1 is the smaller of our spaces, with minimal roof support pillars providing the perfect blank canvas for your event. From exhibitions to banquets, we have managed and hosted many high-impact events in this space. This flexible venue has its own entrance and reception and boasts stunning natural light through its floor-to-ceiling character windows. The hall has a dedicated entrance just a few hundred metres from Kensington Olympia Station and can be directly connected to The Grand's gallery floor.

As part of the Olympia regeneration, new state-of-the-art conference facilities will open in 2026. From theatre-style conferences to award ceremonies, product launches and AGMs, the ICC at Olympia will be fully adaptable to fit whatever you need. Fully connectible to our four iconic exhibition spaces and with its own entrance/exit on Hammersmith Road, the convention centre provides flexible, multi-functional facilities with modern recption and registration areas.
