Olympia

The Grand is Olympia's premium hall with a capacity of up to 7,000 people. This is a dry-hire space, meaning you'll need to arrange all furniture, production, A/V, and staging separately from the venue hire cost.

Dry hire means the venue provides only the empty space - no furniture, staging, A/V equipment, or production is included. You must factor furniture, production, A/V, and staging into your event budget as separate costs from the venue hire.

Olympia requires sufficient lead time for bookings and may decline enquiries that are too short notice. Based on their booking policies, last-minute requests may not be accommodated.

The National Hall is approximately £45,000 + VAT per day. Pricing varies by specific hall and dates, with premium spaces like The Grand likely commanding higher rates.

Olympia offers several additional spaces including hospitality rooms separate from the main floors, and the newly refurbished Henley Suite comprising eight meeting and seminar rooms. The venue also features gallery floors that overlook the ground event space.

Built in 1886, Olympia features stunning Victorian architecture with magnificent galleries and an ornate barrel-vaulted glazed roof. The vast ground floor spaces are overlooked by large gallery floors, creating impressive views and additional square footage options.

The venue features five catering outlets offering on-trend food and drink. Additional hospitality rooms are available as separate spaces away from the main event floors for private functions or meetings.
