Fox Room

This newly refurbished space can seat up to 10 people for boardroom meetings and small presentations. Equipped with a 4K Smart TV enabling HDMI connectivity or Casting from laptops and other devices. Its is bright room situated on the second floor with views to our rooftop. We can arrange for refreshments to be served in the room, so you can stay away from the noisy events downstairs. Toilet facility on the floor is also a great addition!

We are pleased to present a brand-new space to the Conway Hall venue hire portfolio - Conway Suite! As the Flower Room and Fox Room are situated close to each other and out of the way of any other hire spaces, we are now happy to offer this suite of rooms for hire at a package price. This includes access to the Fox Room, Flower Room, kitchenette, private toilet, and weather permitting, guests can also access Conway Hall's roof for a breath of fresh air throughout the day. You can use Fox Room as a catering space and/or as a breakout space in addition to hiring the Flower Room.
