Main Hall
With a capacity 400, our Main Hall retains its period features and is fully accessible by wheelchair. Being Grated 2 listed building, sadly there is no lift to balcony and stage level. Using our four HD cameras and state-of-the-art equipment recently upgraded, we can record or livestream your event to any online platform. We can also host Hybrid physical/virtual events such as conferences (with in-person and remote delegates) and talks or presentations with Q&As. This space suits any event or function requiring a large stage and floor area in a central London setting.
Brockway Room
The Brockway Room is ideal for your room small hire requirements. It has a seating capacity of up to 75 and is perfect for meetings, lectures, screenings, small conferences, exhibitions, product launches and more. It has a specifically-designed skylight which floods the room with natural light and is located on the ground floor, which is fully accessible by a wheelchair users.

The Bertrand Russell Room is bright and airy and is located on the ground floor, therefore it is fully accessible for a wheelchair users. The room can be arranged for 22 at a board meeting to 35 for a presentations (theatre style). There is mounted on the wall TV screen available to use. The room is also perfect for auditions and rehearsals. In case you hire the whole venue, this is great break-out room, that can be used as catering base or cloakroom.

Built in 1929 and Grade II listed, Conway Hall has rich history and a unique feel. Our atmospheric Library is an authentic backdrop for your meeting, workshop or event. Used for many as a filming location for interviews, writer's meetings, drinks receptions & book launches.

This newly refurbished space can seat up to 10 people for boardroom meetings and small presentations. Equipped with a 4K Smart TV enabling HDMI connectivity or Casting from laptops and other devices. Its is bright room situated on the second floor with views to our rooftop. We can arrange for refreshments to be served in the room, so you can stay away from the noisy events downstairs. Toilet facility on the floor is also a great addition!

Conway Hall opened in 1929 and is named in honour of Moncure Conway, an anti-slavery advocate, outspoken supporter of free thought and biographer of Thomas Paine. Owned by Conway Hall Ethical Society, a charity, we curate, support and facilitate people and ideas that "Make Ethics Matter" in the world. The venue is Grade II listed and offers beautiful spaces with historic features throughout, especially our Main Hall with its distinctive stage and highly-regarded acoustics. The Flower Room is newly refurbished meeting room which benefits from beautiful original parquet flooring and wonderful natural daylight. Seating up to 12 delegates, the tables can be flexibly laid out, and the room has a brand new 4K smart TV for your presentations. Situated next door is a kitchenette, which guests can have access to, including unlimited teas, coffees and water. As the Flower Room and Fox Room are situated close to each other and out of the way of any of the other hire spaces, we are now happy to offer this suite of rooms for hire at a package price!

We are pleased to present a brand-new space to the Conway Hall venue hire portfolio - Conway Suite! As the Flower Room and Fox Room are situated close to each other and out of the way of any other hire spaces, we are now happy to offer this suite of rooms for hire at a package price. This includes access to the Fox Room, Flower Room, kitchenette, private toilet, and weather permitting, guests can also access Conway Hall's roof for a breath of fresh air throughout the day. You can use Fox Room as a catering space and/or as a breakout space in addition to hiring the Flower Room.
