Aptly decorated with original wood panelling, this room is located on the same floor as the Great Hall, in a quiet private corner of the building. The President's Room has natural light and blackout facilities. We offer high-speed WIFI, conference phone facilities and a 55-inch screen as standard with your room hire. Located on the second floor, this versatile meeting room holds 150 delegates theatre style. A bright event space, this room is located on the first floor adjacent to the George Thomas Room and can hold a maximum of 60 delegates for a standing reception or 25 delegate if set up in a boardroom style of seating. The room is bright and airy and it is suitable for meetings, training sessions, catering or as a large syndicate room. There are two television that are available to show presentations or watch videos on. The Library, a grand and versatile space, connects to the grand entrance foyer on the first floor, making it perfect for your large events. With a capacity for up to 400 in theatre style, it's well equipped for events involving catering, exhibitions, registration and it can be seamlessly integrated with the adjacent Lecture Hall bringing capacity to up to 1,000. The room has natural daylight or blackout capabilities, making it an ideal choice for any event including dinners, receptions, seminars, awards, celebrations. The room also features impressive up-lighting and triple-height ceilings.
John Tudor
A welcoming meeting space on the second floor, this room can hold a maximum of 60 delegates or 30 if the seating is set up in a boardroom. The beautiful arched windows has an abundance of natural daylight shining through, but this space also benefits from blackout facilities that make this a wonderful room for meetings, training sessions, catering or as a large syndicate room. Lecture Hall

This space is perfect for meetings, AGMs, small conferences, workshops, and presentations. Found on the first floor of the building, the George Thomas Room is air conditioned, bright and airy, has plenty of natural daylight and blackout facilities and is located next to two breakout rooms that can be used for associated catering as required.
