Rich in history, the HAC Estate has received exceptional guests since the 18th century. We have four rooms which are licensed for civil marriage ceremonies: The Prince Consort Rooms, Long Room, Queen's and Ante Rooms. The Armoury House is ideal for wedding breakfasts and evening receptions. Our stunning garden spaces are available at an additional hire fee for an outdoor reception. Shoreditch Studios are much more that simply a warehouse style events space. Its railway arches and exposed victorian brickwork make it a charming venue for lauch parties, corporate away days and weddings. With both studios, two greenrooms,a small kitchen and a mezzanine area, there is plenty of room which can be as open or separated as you like. The hire includes parking, wifi, and AV facilities.
The Council Chamber is the original Victorian Vestry Hall of the building. It is the most architecturally significant space featuring an original highly ornate moulded ceiling, columns and stained glass windows. With its beautiful architecture and mellow lighting, the Council Chamber is a lovely space just as it is – but responds particularly well to creative lighting and dressing – making it perfect for everything from an intimate reception or wedding ceremony to corporate entertainment.
Hoxton Arches, is based in a lovingly converted railways arch, metres away from Hoxton Overground Station. This high spec alternative events space is perfect for receptions, birthdays and even weddings. Its also an ideal location for short term gallery hire. With 2,000 square feet of hanging space, with most walls measuring over 10 feet in height. Bookings made more than 3 months in advance will be more expensive. Floor 2, the Forman's Smokehouse Gallery, is a chic and unique industrial-style space, reflecting the architectural structure of the Olympic stadium, which it directly faces. The space is adaptable and has been used for private dinners for 30 people, award dinners for 350, to cocktail parties for almost 1000 people. Chiswell Street Dining Rooms is a gorgeous, contemporary wedding venue in the heart of the City. Divided into three areas, literary inspired art and typography adorns the walls in the restaurant combining stylish leather tub chairs, luxurious banquettes and a colour palate of creams, greens and golds The restaurant is available on a minimum spend basis and provides the best of new and old-fashioned British cuisine. The River Rooms are 3 inter-connected spaces consisting of The Sun Terrace (with marquee option), the dinner dance River Room, and the Lounge Bar. One of London's last remaining Livery Halls, Stationers' Hall was completed in 1673. The Hall comprises a suite of four characterful, interlinking rooms, along with a Garden, that combine to make the perfect events and conference venue.
