Wembley’s grandest space, The Bobby Moore Room accommodates any occasion, from a Grand Gala event to the most lavish Fashion Parade. With superb facilities, a creative food policy and an outstanding event management team, you will have the space for conferences, cocktail parties, launch events and more.
A light and airy room capable of comfortably accommodating up to 150 people. The Large Hall is extremely versatile and is well-suited for hosting a wide range of events from wedding receptions, birthday parties, celebrations, merchandise and information stalls, or any other use that you might conjure up! Multiple skylights ensure that daytime bookings benefit from plenty of natural light, with a small kitchen available for refreshments and light snacks.
The Palace Suite provides a magical and unique setting, which is perfect for exclusive product launches, celebrations, corporate parties and small banquets. There is a bar and cloakroom in the room, and its private foyer and entrance located just outside the main room allows an ideal space for an intimate arrival reception. There are complimentary parking spaces situated just outside the opening to the suite. Hand painted murals at either end and dim lighting create an Italian courtyard effect complete with wandering peacocks.
This is the largest of our halls. The space is flexible - primarily a sports hall! - and can be set up and tailored to host a number of events. The space has been used for large banqueting, performance style events, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and exhibitions.
A stunning banqueting space, Park room fits up to 250 guests seated and offers a stage and dance floor. Madison Room works perfectly as a reception space and, in combination, they make for a truly impressive event venue. Both rooms have air conditioning with state-of-the-art AV equipment. With our lighting system, we can create momentous, colourful events, with a choice of multiple colours. We organise all sorts of events: weddings, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, parties and many more!
The room can be set out as required to make your day as productive as possible. For early starts, breakfast meetings can also be arranged. Suitable for board meetings, conferences and product launches. Room 2 can accommodate up to 50 delegates, and en-suite rooms can be booked for overnight stays at complimentary rates, to ensure a relaxed and refreshed arrival for the day ahead.
