The Monet Meeting Room is located within the Sainsburys Wing of the National Gallery on Level 1 and can accommodate up to 38 guests boardroom style and 75 theatre style. This room connects with our Gallen-Kallela Room and is swimming in natural daylight. Catering can be served in the back of the space, or in the Gallen-Kallela space. Included in the hire of this room is a projector, drop down screen, PC, audio system and DVD player all supported by a dedicated in house Audio Visual team.
The Wolfson Conference Suite is a purpose built space ideal for discussion events, press conferences, screenings and product launches. It also includes an interconnecting green room for briefing speakers, media interviews or a conference office. The exhibition Area is included within the hire of the Wolfson Conference Suite. This provides a separate space for breakout groups or a catering space for day conferences. The Great Hall is perfect for conferences, presentations, AGMs and awards ceremonies. For grand-scale events, all three studios are available to hire, with the option of production and catering by Studio Spaces. Seating up to 700 people or 1600 standing throughout the spaces, this renovated warehouse maintains many of its original features, making it a favoured choice for a large range of events. The Warehouse has been meticulously restored to make the most of the original brickwork and raw details. The White Studio functions as the perfect reception room thanks to its bright interior and outdoor space, while the Black Studio is could be used for parties.
The Conference Hall is located on level 3 of The Drum. It is flooded with natural light through the stunning glass lantern in the roof. It is ideal for conferences, meetings, awards, or exhibitions.
