The Wolfson Conference Suite is a purpose built space ideal for discussion events, press conferences, screenings and product launches. It also includes an interconnecting green room for briefing speakers, media interviews or a conference office. The exhibition Area is included within the hire of the Wolfson Conference Suite. This provides a separate space for breakout groups or a catering space for day conferences. The spaces combined create the perfect evening party space for weddings and private parties, with the bar in one area and dancing in the other.
This on-site technical support, combined with the capacity to stage video-conferencing and satellite links, offers organisers all the facilities and expertise needed to stage even the most demanding conferencing event. Frobisher Auditorium is located adjacent to the Frobisher Rooms, ensuring other syndicate and catering areas are just a short walk away. Frobisher is ideal for conferences, meetings, and training days. There are four simultaneous translation booths which include the service of a fully dedicated technician. The auditorium has fully integrated stage lighting and sound rigs.
The Monet Meeting Room is located within the Sainsburys Wing of the National Gallery on Level 1 and can accommodate up to 38 guests boardroom style and 75 theatre style. This room connects with our Gallen-Kallela Room and is swimming in natural daylight. Catering can be served in the back of the space, or in the Gallen-Kallela space. Included in the hire of this room is a projector, drop down screen, PC, audio system and DVD player all supported by a dedicated in house Audio Visual team.
