The Larches Community Hall is located very close to Edgware tube station and is available for hire for one-off and repeat bookings 7 days a week 6am-2am. It is an excellent space for meetings, functions, conferences, presentations, training, exercise classes and parties.
Suitable for evening events, studio work or large meetings. Not being used most weekends and some weekdays. The space is gated, with a small garden space outside with some spaces to sit. Please note you can only use our garden bit, not the communal lawn. A spacious studio with tables and chairs or this can be moved to the side. Small kitchen, with a small two plate cooker, no large oven/microwave. Small fridge available. We have a kettle, some crockery and mugs. Toilet is also situated in the studio. Please note there will be added a VAT charge of 20% to your invoice.

The spectacular Great Hall is the jewel in the crown of Central Hall seating up to 2,160 people. This intimate setting offers excellent opportunities for communication between speakers and the audience, for AGMs, Conferences and other special events, such as Awards and Graduation Ceremonies. The Great Hall is also perfectly suited to events from classical music to rock concerts with state of the art audio visual and sound system. This room has the largest domed ceiling. in all of Europe. Located in the Rose Lipman Building, a well-known community art space in the 1960s, that later became a library and community centre, the Community Hall is now a part of the Mill Co Project, and is available for hire for a variety of purposes, including as a rehearsal space. This large, open space, with a stage and plenty of room for an audience, can be hired at a low rate in exchange for working with fellow community members. The Hall has plenty of natural lighting, storage space, projectors, a PA system, and professional stage lighting.

The Grand Hall on the ground floor is the largest space within the Troxy. It provides an incredible setting for one of a kind weddings. The Troxy provides full flexibility, is available for dry hire, and can host Asian and cultural weddings. There are catering options available or you can bring your own. The Troxy benefits from 1930s Art Deco original features and a spendid high ceiling ensuring a memorable event for all attendees for large wedding receptions.
